Amends the
Renewable Energy (Electricity) Act 2000
and
Trade Practices Act 1974
to replace reference to the National Energy Market Management Company Limited with the Australian Energy Market Operator Limited, to reflect the commencement of a single national energy market operator for both the electricity and gas sectors from 1 July 2009. Also amends the
Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977
and
Australian Energy Market Act 2004
to amend references to Western Australian gas legislation to reflect the delayed commencement of the National Gas Access Law in that state.
